Football Performance
Professional football coaching and high-performance player development for grassroots, academy, and elite-level athletes.
Integrated High-Performance Development Across the Game
Identity Pro Group works directly with players and coaches across grassroots, academy, and professional environments.
This is not generic private training. It is structured, integrated performance development built on professional football standards and applied appropriately across levels of the game.
Every engagement is designed around match reality - how decisions are made, how pressure is managed, and how standards are reinforced consistently.
Built upon 18+ professional coaching experience across the English Premier League, Danish Superliga, A-League, and international football environments:
what this is
Most individual training improves isolated skills.
This work improves football performance.
Development is delivered across four integrated domains:
- Technical - execution under pressure, first actions, tempo control.
- Tactical - scanning, information processing, position-specific decision-making.
- Physical - repeat sprint ability within football actions, acceleration, deceleration, and intensity without technical drop-off.
- Psychological - composure, emotional control, competitive intent, and clarity in performance moments.
Who It’s For
We work with:
- Academy players pushing for selection or transition
- Semi-professional and professional players refining performance
- Players preparing for trials, scholarships, or competitive progression
- Coaches seeking clarity in tactical identity and communication
About Scott Miller
Scott’s career spans more than 18 years across elite football environments, including the English Premier League (Fulham FC), Danish Superliga (Aalborg BK), the A-League (Head Coach, Newcastle Jets), and international football with the Socceroos.
He has held senior coaching and leadership roles across first teams and academy structures, operating in environments where standards, scrutiny, and performance expectations are constant.
That experience informs how development is delivered.
Sessions are built around match demands, decision-making under pressure, and the realities of professional football. Standards are non-negotiable. Improvement must transfer to competition.
